The Blair Scottish Country Dancers are led by a group of executives, elected by members of the group annually, who manage the administration of the group and handle the various responsibilities that come with making an active group like this happen.
The executive of the Blair Scottish Country Dancers are individuals who have volunteered their time and skills to support the organization. Ambassadors of the group and Scottish Country Dancing in general, each individual fulfills a role in keeping the group operating effectively and helps to carry a portion of the administrative load that an active group requires.
